Cranes Software International Ltd will meet on April 25 to consider increase the authorized share capital from Rs 14,00,00,000 divided into 1,20,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 2,00,000 preference shares of Rs 100 each to Rs 22,00,00,000 divided into 2,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and 2,00,000 preference shares of Rs 100 each by creation of 80,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and consequential amendments in memorandum & articles of association of the company. The company is also looking at raising up to $ 50 million in the form of bonds/FCCBs/GDRs or such other instruments or combination thereof.
